By registering with 247webmonitoring, customer agrees to followings Terms of Service.

247WEBMONITORING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR INFORMATIONAL CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL 247WEBMONITORING BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, AND THE COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICE OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A THIRD PARTY'S UNAUTHORIZED USE )  HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY LEGALTHEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE or MISUSE OF THIS SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Customer Authorization:

By activating a website monitor service, customer agrees that he/she own or has written authorization to use 247WEBMONITORING service from the legal owner of the URL(s)/application(s)/ IP address(es) to be monitored by 247WEBMONITORING.
They guarantee 247WEBMONITORING against any claim from third parties who claim that 247WEBMONITORING’s services on such applications have not been requested or have disrupted their activities. The Customer guarantees that all the data and/or documents provided are correct.

Free Service:

The Customer is allowed to have only one free account. All other accounts should be fee paid account(s) or cancelled. Extra free account will be deleted. In addition, customer agrees to receive occasional newsletter via email. In future 247WEBMONITORING can change the services offered against the free accounts.

Paid Services:

The cost of the subscription is automatically debited to the credit card on the "anniversary" of each month subscribed for. Customer can cancel their subscription anytime. If the Customer wishes to cancel their subscription during the month, no refund will be given for that month.  247WEBMONITORING can change pricing in future by advising about it. Applicable law, appeal and disputes

Any disputes arising from the service will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sacramento, CA, US.

Termination of Service

247WEBMONITORING reserves the right to terminate service for any customer at any time, at our sole discretion.
